Definitely an improvement after 4 uses. I use the 3 step treatment twice a week and the treatment serum 4 times a week . Since using this product I have hardly any hair loss. I'm quite amazed as usually my hair brush is full of hair as is the shower! Barely none in either now so I'm super impressed / happy as I've tried so many shampoos and have spent an absolute fortune on them, none have worked!. The product does leave my hair a bit dry but I put some leave in conditioner on the ends after use . No new hair growth yet but I've only been using the product for 3 weeks. No scalp irritation and I have an extremely sensitive scalp and a form of alopecia that causes hair loss, scalp soreness & sensitivity. My hair definitely looks and feels thicker now. I have curly hair that's very fine and very dry This is a very honest review based on my experience using the 3 step treatment. I've waited 3 weeks to make sure my review is upstanding. I bought the original first but moved to the colour this time. It is menthol and feels very cooling on my scalp. I have lichen sclerosis and this causes patches of very itchy skin which get worse with perfumed products and I have used head and shoulders for years but that strips the colour from your hair so I tried this and it is very, very good. There is a leave in product included which I spray on my front and crown before I blow dry my hair and this has helped make my hair look much thicker on the top. My hair is in much better condition now too. Well worth the money. I ordered this on a subscription but unfortunately its been cancelled as this product is no longer available so I will just go back to the original pack.as that was just as good

I was sceptical about this My hairdresser had commented on my hair loss which I had noticed and my hair is thinning I colour my hair so wanted a product which wouldn’t strip the colour It doesn’t and the latest visit to the hairdresser had a real improvement with very little loss.

I have only used this product twice on my hair which made my scalp feel very clean & cool due to the mint, the scalp treatment i used before drying my hair equally had a nice cooling effect & certainly made my hair feel & look thicker, I'm hoping this will help hairless due to menopause only time will tell.

Perfect for my hair. Great value

I'm a 51, almost 52 years old woman and I have been colouring my hair for years. Along with perimenopause I have noticed my hair becoming finer over time. I looked at this hair system on Boots and it was more expensive. When I saw it on Amazon much cheaper, I decided to buy the trial 3 part set. I tried it for the first time today (26th Oct) and I'm really pleased with the first use. I do not like feeling the heaviness on my hair after using conditioner, so what I've done is swap the system. In the shower I wet my hair, massaged the conditioner in first and let it sit while I cleaned myself. After rinsing off, I then shampooed my hair and let it sit 30 more seconds before rinsing in warm water. Then I did a cool rinse. I had time this morning to let my hair part dry naturally ,then I massaged in the hair tonic and styled my hair as normal with hairdryer and a heat defense voluminising balm for fine hair. My hair feels lovely, and is not frizzy nor looks like straw as some shampoos can leave your hair. My scalp also feels calm and healthy . Overall I would recommend to at least try the trial system for coloured hair, lightly thinning. Hoping I won't be having any more bad hair days going through the menopause !
