I have used this hair catcher for several months now and am quite impressed! I discovered this product while browsing for similar items on Amazon. The look of the hair catcher makes it look like a more expensive product, having a similar color to my silver bathroom appliances. The product itself is plastic, so while I don't know how long it will hold up long term, it works very well. It collects every bit of hair that goes down the drain and is super easy to clean. As the item comes with additional sealing rings, mine did not. I contacted the seller months after discovering this and they were very quick to respond and sent me additional sealing rings for the twin pack that I had purchased originally. I highly recommend this great budget product.

Product works great! I have an old cast iron tub (probably from the 50's, it came with the house I bought) and a new modern tub. I bought the two pack and installed them without any issues. I was worried about it trapping my dogs fur (I have a lab/ shepherd mixed terrier) because she sheds a lot. It trapped all of her fur (I could tell because the water stopped running as quickly down the drain). I was able to pull it out without any hair/ fur falling through the drain, and it was easy to clean and reinstall. I definitely recommend this product and would buy it again.

So far 5 stars. Like that it came with 2 units. After receiving this I realized it wasn’t metal but chrome plastic. Nice item though, does its job well. Time will tell how this turns out. My last tub hair catcher was a different brand but grew mold spots after a month.

Doesn’t fit my universal standard bathtub, tried it with the rubber ring in but no luck. Tried it without rubber ring, but it’s loose and useless. I had to return and look for different product.

This thing gets a 3 out if 10. Do yourself a favor and get the tub shroom. I have curly hair so you’d think this would catch them but so sooo many make it oses and my drain continues to get clogged. Wish I would have returned it for my money back before the closing window.
