An Oldie But a Goodie
Older software, but perfect for what I was looking for!! This software is very intuitive, very easy to use. I bought my copy used from the seller, and unfortunately there was not any form of an owners manual in the cd software package - - - but it is very easy to experiment with, utilize different stitches/colors/embellishments/etc with that within the hour I was creating detailed charts for my own use! Highly recommended.

O.K. product
The cross stitch software program is o.k. and can be used well, depending on expectations. It is easy to navigate and to understand, and by far not as complicated as PCStitch. The software is enough for any moderate hobby-stitcher. It is sufficient to import pictures, but one has to tweak the pattern so it becomes more realistic and closer to the original picture. Simple pictures with clear lines and few colors convert very nicely to useable cross stitch patterns.For designing your own patterns, I would not recommend this product. In truth, the free KGChart does a much better job in this area.But overall the program is cheap for the options it offers.

Really useful and still works with newer computers
I've been using this program to convert pictures into cross stitch patterns. Whilst the program is quite old now, it still works on Windows 10, which is handy!

A real bargin
This is a great little piece of kit for the money. It's relatively easy to use (although the lack of written instructions make it a bit daunting to start with), and allows you to create wonderful designs. I've been particularly pleased with its ability to convert pictures, but be warned they can be quite big. I would advise that you buy a shade card as well, from one of the main silk manufactures like DMC, as it allows you check the shade the computer is suggesting against the real thing.

Not the easiest program to use.
This is not the easiest program to use. It's very difficult to correct mistakes or make changes to patterns. It takes a long time to get to grips with this program as well.

Have loved this for years. I do wish they would update it to work on the newer versions of Windows
