My Pup had hearts in her eyes-lol
My local Albertsons and Petsmart stopped carrying these cheese chews about a year ago. The medium cheese flavor has been hard to find on-line as well. Amazon offered them at a fair price so a purchased my dog a couple packages. She was sniffing the amazon box as soon as it arrived-lol. When I gave her a chew, she looked up at me with hearts in her eyes she was so happy! She's an aggressive chewer but it kept her occupied for about an hour or so. I saw a few reviewers complained that these chews are not long lasting. These are meant to be eaten in one sitting as it says on the package. Will definitely purchase again, my girl loves loves loves, em. So I am satisfied!

Great flavor, poor sizing
My dog LOVED this chew. He is a teething 5 month old lab and I wanted something that he could gnaw on for a while but that I wouldn’t have to worry about breaking a baby tooth. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star and not 5 stars is because I felt it was pretty short- I had to take it away after he had chewed half of it because I was afraid he would try to swallow it and choke. He got probably 45 minutes to a hour of use out of it. Wish there was an option for this chew in a longer/ larger size with the same “hardness” level.

Great price, but the Yum don't last as long as other Yak chews.
These go a little faster than the regular yak chews with my rager of a chewing dog. They also get a little mushier. But, my dog loves them and they are less expensive so I get them every now and then.

Not traditional yak che
These are not regular yak milk chews. My dog ate one within 15 minutes. The regular yak chews will last him for days. It was a waste of money at that price.

Perfect long lasting chew
I recently enjoyed trying out the Himalayan dog chew original yak cheese. II was blown away by the high quality and attention to detail that went into making this product. The chews were incredibly durable and lasted far longer than other chews I've tried, making them an excellent value for the price. The shipping process was quick and seamless, and the product arrived in perfect condition. I have three dogs, and these chews kept them entertained and engaged for days on end, providing a great way to combat boredom and keep them active while I went about my daily routine.Overall, I highly recommend the Himalayan dog chew original yak cheese to any pet owner looking for a high-quality, long-lasting chew that will provide hours of entertainment for their furry friends. The product's attention to detail and overall quality make it a standout option in a crowded market, and I will definitely be purchasing it again in the future.

NOT long lasting & NOT easily digested, either - big chewers beware
My Great Dane literally chewed up and entirely ate one stick in 1 min flat 😑 ... NOT "tough for big chewers" I'd say. She's a very small Dane, too at only 125 lbs, but it claims all breeds, all sizes. Maybe better suited for a small breed or mild chewer, BUT regardless of all that, these are NOT as healthy or digestible as claimed since within an hour or two, she vomitted it all up, mostly as these big white-ish plastic-looking pieces. Now I'm afraid to give her more. Pricey too, considering how quickly it went down AND how quickly it came right back up - all over the house.Recommended to me by another dog mom, I ignored some of the poor reviews. I should not have done that as her Pup was a lg yorkie-mix, so maybe it's more about how big the dog/how big a chewer ... 🤔 Or, it's not high quality or true yak milk? Either way, if you've got a big chewer, it's too soft & prob best to save your money. My chewing fall back still remains a classic xl greenie, a sturdy ried & true Kong, and/or the flavored heavy-duty nylon (with close supervision) chew rings. Im certainly Not sold on the "lasting durability" of these or necessarily the claim they're "healthy and easily digested"

Make sure you purchase the yellow label ones that say Hard
Purchased wrong ones initially from this company not fully reading their options and thinking all yaks were the HARD long lasting yak chews. I’m assuming everyone, like me, comes to Yaks bc of their long lasting yet safe chew nature so don’t make that mistake ( the softer ones are like jerky plus didn’t even puff up the same in the microwave). Now that I realized my mistake we’ve gone thru many rounds of this brands ” Hard “ Yaks. My 11 month mini Aussiedoodle is only 24# but I still usually purchase her the largest ones ( more yak for cost) I’d say these are right up there with thick bully sticks as her highest reward treat though these last longer than bully’s. Medium yaks last my chew treat obsessed girl 2-3 days if left out around the clock, larger yaks a whole week. I was initially Concerned of choking hazards of the larger sticks, (and they are too wide to fit into our bully holder) but my girl seems to stop chewing the last 1.5 inches of these bc she can no longer hold it properly to chew off the bits. It will just stay laying around our house at that length regardless ( length in pic above) and that’s when I know It’s time to pop it into microwave to turn the remains into a quick puff treat ( which she loves to seat/play with as it’s cooling off) note: she’s usually a “gulper” of the small ends of other treats but I guess is bc these are still so large and hard it prevents her following thru w that idea. Great brand of yaks!
