This set of open barrel terminals and heat shrink tubing is a decent value for the price. I used an iwiss IWS-5100A open barrel crimper I also purchased from amazon to crimp the terminals on the cables/wires. The tabs of these open barrel terminals did not fold in on themselves as sharply as I had hoped; they made a firm connection but I would have liked the tabs to have been fully folded (rolled) in on themselves after crimping. I believe I used terminals that were the appropriate size for the cables and wires, and that the crimper did a very good job of crimping the terminals on to the cables/wires. It's just that the tabs of the open barrel terminals didn't fully fold (roll) in to make a more firm and solid crimp. I did really appreciate the heat shrink tubing that was supplied with the terminals in this kit. I think the tubing was good quality and when shrunk on the terminals and cables/wires made a very good seal/insulation. I don't know if I would purchase this kit again, though, based on the "short" tabs of the open barrel. (I am a hobbyist, though, and will probably never have to buy terminals again...!) Again, this was a good value for the money, and the heat shrink tubing was a nice bonus.

This set was purchased as I was tired of having to buy the large car audio wire connectors one or two at a time. I now have all sizes for all wires that I could ever need. At least for a few years anyway. It even comes with shrink wrap. The set is exactly as pictured. Comes in a nice tightly closing case. It makes a nice addition to my automotive wiring drawer. Will purchase again when I run out of a specific size as it's much cheaper than buying as you go.
