I never heard of that either; but it is sport wt yarn - and Tiny skiens - each is enough for several bracelets. Lion Brand is a very good brand of yarn. Sport wt is very close to same size as baby wt. This pkg is a good way to get many colors without spending a fortune.

Why does Amazon pair this up with kids size 10 needles? Yarn is much to small and hard to handle for beginners.
