I'm not easily pleased, but this Bluetooth ear piece is brilliant. As soon as I had paired it up to my phone (A Google Pixel 7pro)As long as you leave your Bluetooth setting ON on the phone, I slide up the power button; it says "powered on" then fairly quickly says connected, I've never had an ear piece that connects like this one with No fuss.P.S. the sound can appear slightly distorted, this was in my case was because I did not have the ear bud 100% in place correctly as I was not used to using one for a while.Do I recommend ? of course I do, love it

For many years I was using wired mono earphones. The last was quite alright and I had no plans to replace it but.... a misfortune happened - it was sucked into a vacuum cleaner at the car wash. I even ordered another mono earphone but after that I discovered that now I can buy a Bluetooth headset on the latest processor and for only £10 !!!I would possibly be more sceptical if it would cost £30 or more but for a tenner? You can't be wrong for a tenner! Plus it had plenty of very honest reviews. So I give it a go! I don't want to be a salesman... no! Now I only want to share my extremely positive experience!!!The sound quality is perfect, battery lasts almost forever, it is super comfortable and has 3!! different sizes caps included, it has a box + some other spare parts. Connection with a mobile phone is instant!And.... (I think this is the most important part) - everyone is telling me that now they can hear me better than before (this is a proper surprise because I was sure that it would not be possible for a wireless thing to beat my old fashioned wired earphone)!

It's good value and works well enough. Sound quality good, mic quality pretty good, range not bad.Battery level % appears on my screen when 1st switched on so you can tell if you need to top up the charge and battery life is good.I seem to spend half my life with it in my ear so would say comfortable enoughNot got all the gimics of a more expensive one but comes with a carry pouch and spare earhooks and rubbers unlike some.

Very quick to charge, comfortable in the ear and good clear speaking.

I sent this back I found the sound and voice quality poor. I used it as a headset replacement on work and home laptop. It was like the sound was flat I couldn’t understand half of what was being said and customers said I sounded very tinny but they could understand me. I switched back to the very cheap company headset and it was much better. I was probably expecting too much from a £16 headset but it really wasn’t usable for me, might be ok for quick mobile calls

Love this earpiece as you get a lot for your money. It is lightweight and fits in ear comfortably. Easy to pair. Comes with stylish looking carry case with replacement ear pieces and also has extra headphone piece that you can plug in to listen to music out of both ears.Sound is great for the price!!Only complaint is that when I double press for last number redial this headset also starts playing my music, so can’t use this function.Decided to live with it rather than send it back as I love everything else about it.

This is a fabulous product, excellent sound and battery life. I have very small ears and had tried several other blue tooth headsets which did not fit were uncomfortable and didn’t stay on. You can literally change this headset to suit you as it comes with several legs for tound your ear and several in ear headphone sizes. The ‘leg’ also rotates so you can make it comfortable for you. I go for lunch still wearing this as I forget I have it on it is so comfortable. Cannot recommend this product highly enough. Yes you can spend hundreds of pounds on a headset but really I doubt for comfort and actual wearability they are any better than this little headset. Fantastic product one of the best things I have bought in a while. Also came very quickly, early and well packaged. Simply brilliant

My car is old, so no bluetooth option. I really like the switch on this to connect to bluetooth. It is super easy and removes doubt that you're connected. Easy to answer calls and reception very clear. It came with lots of extras and a good case. Good value for money and I would recommend.
