what if the struts not working?

When one or both struts are not working, you would know right away as the hood would not hold in place when lift up. You would need a stick or your hand to hold it up. These struts are very easy to change, remote and install new struts only take a couple of minutes. The dealer would charge you $260-$300 to replace (both part and labor).

I am wondering whether the seller can do a resending if the struts not working after one year?
