Work perfectly
This is the best cookie press ever! It's easy to load and delivers nice looking cookies. My spritz have never looked this good. Cleanup was easy, too. A couple possible sticking points. First, the disks produce slightly smaller cookies than my old press. That didn't matter to me since my husband eats them by the handful anyway, but you might feel differently. Second, it takes a bit of force to squeeze. I have good grip strength, so I'm not bothered by that, but if you're hands aren't strong, you may have trouble. On the flip side, it doubles as a great grip strength trainer! I love it and I'm thrilled I found a model that actually produces cookies that aren't misshapen.

Works much better than more expensive brand
UPDATE: I changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. I purchased a much more expensive press and returned it and I have to say, this less expensive one works great. I just made a batch of spritz cookies. I had no butter, so I used baking margarine. The dough was much softer and stickier than had I used real butter. This press handled it like a champ. Even with the softer dough, cookie shapes came out perfectly. Maybe I am having better luck than others, but so far, so good. This is the first time I've used this and I made spritz cookie dough. It's easy to load for the most part. It's a little flimsy, but it did a pretty good job as far as the dough shapes coming out on the cookie sheet. Three out of the 4 discs I tried worked pretty well, while one just wouldn't come out onto the cookie sheet so I replaced it with another. Once you get used to when to release the trigger, the cookies come out great. After baking, I did notice that on the discs that have a small opening in the middle, like the flower discs, some of the cookies broke apart very easily. The ones that are solid came out perfectly. I happened to come across a very good spritz cookie recipe with the easiest dough to work with, even after it sat out for a bit, it stayed pretty firm. This made it much easier to get through the whole amount of batter without getting too soft to use in the cookie press. As you can see in the photos, it does make a nice, defined cookie once you get used to how much pressure to use and knowing when to pull press up. One photo is before baking, the other is after. It's pretty easy to clean and use, it takes a little practice to get the dough shapes to stick to the cookie sheet and once in while, they just wouldn't stick. like every other press I've used. It's best to place them directly on cookie sheet as recommended, parchment paper did not work.

Works well so far
Easy to use but be careful when cleaning or assembling as the “teeth” on the mechanism are quite sharp.

Don’t do it
Do not bother buying this item. I was able to make about 3 batches of cookies before it completely bent and was useless. Not to mention the first few batches were awful to even get done. Most frustrating experience I’ve had with a cookie press.

Works great. Would definitely recommend.
Love the trigger action. So much easier to use rather than thumb pressing on my other model.I have more control of the amount of filling being piped into my baked goods.

Small barrel
Cute set. Barrel is very small. I haven't used it yet, just washed it in anticipation of using this week. Disks and piping tubes are nice plastic..not flimsy. Hoping it works good.

Great hobby cookie squirter
I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will do the job. I have experience in the mechanical field so I know what to look for in things like this. I unboxed it and looked it over carefully and all the pieces seem to be carefully made. There isn't a lot of extra "flashing" (the sharp bits of plastic left over from the casting process to make them). The mechanism works smoothly and retracts smoothly as well, which some cheaper models don't always do. Overall, you'll save a ton of time and will probably be invited to a cooking show when word gets put about your cookie decorating prowess. Get a second one and fill it with homemade caulk to seal those gaps in the bathroom, around the sink, under the toilet and around windows. Don't forget to mark your guns. Baked caulking compound has a much different taste and smell than baked cookies, and it takes a little getting used to for some folks. It also has a tip that looks like a giant hypodermic needle, for those extra stubborn marinades you can't inject with a syringe, or for those emergency situations where help is just too far away and you need to buy those extra few minutes. Again, mark your parts. Nobody wants to inject caulking compound into their turkey (high in trans fats) or inject Nana's famous gingerbread dough into someone they're trying to save. The possibilities are endless. Great press.

Very cheap
Did not work. Baked for years. This product doesn’t extract the dough.
