They truly taste like a dessert, but they’re high in protein and low in carbs, which makes them a great option for a quick snack or post-workout boost. I recommend these if you want a protein bar that has high fiber. The taste is really decent—many bars like this don’t taste very good, but these are some of the best. They are high in fiber, so make sure to drink plenty of water when eating them. If you’re looking for something that tastes good and also delivers a lot of fiber, I highly recommend these.

The taste it pretty good. Just like a normal protein bar taste. I got them for my kids to get them to have more protein but they weren’t impressed so I eat them.

Have been eating these since 2021. That said, the overall quality is greatly diminished … for about a year now, most boxes of these are as hard as rocks. Used to be softer and not grainy, dry, and rock hard like they are most of the time now. Very disappointing. Sure. You can heat them up a bit in the microwave, but that should not be an extra task I need to do to make them palatable.

I grab these between classes when I need something to eat and do not want to destroy my macros. The cookie dough flavor is genuinely pretty close to the real thing which I was not expecting from a protein bar at all. They can be a little dense straight out of the fridge so let them sit for a few minutes first and they are much better. Still one of my go to snacks and I keep reordering them.
