Was a little scared at first but this works perfect my tv didn't have a digital optical connection to connect my sound bar up to.

Compact and functional
Does what it's supposed to and I haven't run into any problems. Works well converting RCA/Coax to optical. Tested at 44.1 and 48kHz, no complaints.

No adapter for plug in included!
Don’t even know if it works yet bec it didn’t come with an adaptor to plug it into a power source. I’m ok with that if you tell me that when I purchased it. But I went back through all the specs. No where does it say suggested additional purchase. So now have the product and have to order and wait for the adaptor.

PROZOR Digital Bi-Directional Coaxial Optical Audio Converter
I needed to convert spdif signal from hdmi audio exractor to a long coaxial cable run to soundbar. This worked perfectly. Easy Peasy!

It just WORKS.
Works as advertised. It has no problem converting 24/192 from toslink to coax (didn't try the other way). I get no dropouts or distortion in my music. The device is solidly built and had been running without any hiccups. Very satisfied.

I boil this as a backup unit. As I finally got time to test this yesterday. This unit doesn’t work!

Does NOT support Dolby-DTS multichannel audio
Nice small box. Easy instructions. Great for Coax to Video standard audio. It's Bi-directional, but not simultaneously. To get directional capability it needs either the accompanying audio and video cable to be re-routed and a switch flipped, or additional audio and video (Fibre) cable added to allow for directional change with a switch flip.One major drawback. It DOES NOT support Dolby-DTS Multi-channel audio conversion. If you need this function, this IS NOT the item for you.

Plug and Play!
Well built little adapter is simple plug and play.Works perfectly converting the coaxial output from a new Sony 4K player to optical output so that I can connect to wireless headphones for late night movie listening.For power I just connected the provided usb power cable to the Sony players usb port and everything is working seamlessly. Highly recommend.

Works great with super easy set up
Used it to attach a sound bar that connects with optic or HDMI Arc to a TV that has neither, just regular HDMI and coax. Really easy to set up and works great. Haven’t needed to make any adjustments as everything worked perfectly and still is. Highly recommended.

excellent product to push IR far away from the source
this is an excellent product plug and play, easy to install and worked instantly. What I like the most is that there is no need for an external dc converter, it is plugged through a usb wire. In the previous model I owned, the weakness was related to those small ACDC to DC charger external power sources. great deal for the buck I recommend it

Does the trick
Good solution for connecting my pvr to an older model Blu-ray home theatre unit to get surround sound. Order came promptly, well packaged and works well for the purpose I bought it for. The only issue is that it is USB powered so I had to purchase the adaptor so that I could plug it in to the power bar.
