Best value I’ve found. I started taking these after an emergency appendectomy, where the surgeon also threw in a free hernia repair and tummy tuck. After such abdominal trauma trying to go to the bathroom was impossible. By impossible I mean I was about to have to go to the hospital because it had been about two weeks. Normally when I’ve had abdominal surgery I’ve been able to prepare for the inevitable constipation and take preventive measures (drink NOTHING but loads of apple juice beginning at least three days before surgery and three days after, then have at least two large glasses a day for two weeks) but not this time. Women in my tummy tuck support group swear by these for safe and gentle elimination, so much better than your standard laxatives. I’d tried everything under the sun, including enemas and suppositories with no results. I took the first dose at bedtime and it was like magic. The trick is you need to take four if you’re going for the laxative effect. I take them at bedtime, then the next morning I can easily do my business. I’ve used them for about a year now and never had an issue. My magnesium levels are always perfect.

I've been dealing with horrific migraines for 1+ years now and last month, the neurologist told me to take riboflavin 400 mg, coq10 300 mg & 750 mg of MgO - so these were all added to the vit regimen. I've been taking two of these MgO daily (800mg) for about a month now and the migraines have diminished in intensity. I wake up this morning to a horrific migraine and I'm thinking what the hell is this? what did I do differently? Turns out, I forgot to add the MgO to this weeks vitpack & I've gone two days without it. Just want anyone struggling with migraines to know that this may help you...cause I almost didn't remember how debilitating they can be.

I don't know why we are rating vitamins for flavor. Unless you are still taking gummies or chewing on children's chewable vitamins, I'm not sure why flavor is a factor. Do they work or not is what I want to know. Yes. These work fine for what my doctor wants me to take them for. I take these to help me sleep more consistently at night. For some reason when I take these, I do have a more consistent sleep cycle. I couldn't tell you how or why this works, but for me, it does.

I know every body type of different, but this product, for me and my best friend, is an absolute game changer for migraine relief. I've been taking one pill every night, no matter what, for a year now, and not only do I sleep better, but the frequency of my migraines has gone from 1 or 2 a month to maybe 6 headaches all year?! It's like magic and science and nature, in a bottle. For me. I truly hope it is a help for anyone suffering from crushing headaches. Give it a try, for at least 3 months.
