Purchased case in January to hold a new iPhone 6. Case functioned well with a Spigen Slim Armor case. After only 3 and half months, the clip broke off and I lost my phone at a sporting event. Luckily, it was found and I recovered it a couple days later. The plastic pin in the swivel broke off. The quality of the clip is not good. I checked to see if Case123 has a warranty for the item but could not find anything. I then emailed an address on their website requesting options. I have not heard back from them after a couple days.Decided to move to a different brand of holder case. Will not be purchasing from Case123 again even if they do respond to my warranty inquiry. Just do not have the confidence in the clip. Would expect the same scenario to occur in the future.

I purchased this holster to replace my 3 yr old model that I used for my iPhone 4S. After 3 yrs of daily use, my original CASE 123 holster was still in good shape. Hence my five star rating and decision to purchase another Case 123 holster for my new iPhone 6. It is recommended that you also purchase a case for your iPhone 6. If you don't have a case on your iPhone 6, there is a little bit of slack inside this holster. I purchased a Speck CandyShell Grip case for my iPhone 6 because my 3 yr old Speck case kept my iPhone 4S in good condition. With this new Speck case, my iPhone 6 fits perfectly inside this holster.

It was tough to decide between 3 and 4 stars. First off, the clip breaks off soon after purchase. It happened on both cases I bought, one for me and one for my husband, and we didn't abuse them. So as a belt clip case, worthless.But as a protective case, it's very good. It fits snugly around my iPhone 6s, is semi-rigid and tough. I drove off with my iPhone, in the case, on top of my car. I heard it roll off the top of the car along the way, at 60mph. I turned around, located and retrieved the phone (luckily there was no traffic). The case was scuffed, but the phone was fine.I suppose I have to go with three stars because what I think most buyers of this product are searching for is a belt clip case... and paying around $30 a belt clip case.

Great case for an HTC One M9 that is in an Otterbox Defender Series case for that phone. It' fits nicely. What if you don't have the Otterbox case ? You should have that Otterbox case too, but if don't have one, the phone would just fit slightly looser. I don't think it would be too loose. This case even came with a separate plastic holder for a belt clip or harness. I didn't know that it was included. It could be used to make video recordings hands free. If you have a harness of some type that goes around your upper body, you could attach the phone in the plastic belt clip holder onto your harness on your chest, and make a video hands free of whatever kind of activity you're doing. I bought a chest harness several years ago for about $12 to use to keep a camera case from bouncing around my chest while walking or hiking. It's called a camera bag harness or something like that. Regarding the leather case, I had to cut off with a small craft razor blade a tiny rectangular piece of leather on the side that covered the lowest button on the Otterbox/phone.

I have a ver expensive, tooled , Western belt. I wanted to get an iPhone holster in real leather. I searched through dozens of offerings until I saw the Case123 MPS Mk II TLS Premium leather. I read all about it and looked at a few shades of color before selecting this very rich medium stain. When I got it home I immediately put it on my belt AND THE LEATHERS WERE THE SAME COLOR (except for the stained tooling). More pleasing is the fact that it is a strongly stitched piece of workmanship that holds the phone just right for my easy access. I am thrilled with this product and will tell you it is well worth the price. Buy this holster and I know you will be more than satisfied.

I've had mine for six months, and the case itself has held up remarkably well through daily use. The clip decided to break last week (one of the two plastic pivot tabs) on Thanksgiving morning. I figured I'd send an email through the Amazon link to the manufacturer - CASE123USA - and see if they could send me a couple replacement clips. In less than five minutes Richard, (a customer service rep), emailed me back and said he'd send me me a couple clips as soon as I confirmed my address. I did, and he emailed me right back to say they would be put in the mail that morning - Thanksgiving morning - so I could get back to using my case. I received them the following Wednesday (four business days) and easily installed the new clip and stored the other clip for later. Incredible customer service! Yes... it would have been nice if the clip hadn't broken in the first place, but stuff happens, and my phone is back in the saddle. Great value from a company who stands behind their product!

I have purchased this brand for my Iphone 5 and my Iphone 6. Love the leather feel and the magnetic closure. I have had to replace them a couple of time because the plastic connection in the clip breaks. Each time they have broken for me or my husband its been when I am trying to get in my car. If you don't turn the phone to the side it applies too much pressure on the plastic hinge and it snaps. Bummer! I travel and now I am without a case for my phone. I see that there is a version with a Steel hinge. Probably better, still quite a bit of plastic. Would like to try it out but I'm not going to spend nearly 40 dollars for it to possibly break again.

This case cost far more than any phone case I've ever purchased but the quality makes it worth it. What makes it even better is the great customer service with CASE123. I purchased this on Amazon in March when I got my Iphone6. In mid June I bumped into a cabinet the wrong way and it caused the holster clip to break. I put an inquiry in to CASE123 about it and was almost immediately contacted about the issue and replacement parts were sent free of charge. Since the case was so well made I was surprised I could break it and thought I was out of luck after paying a premium for it. What a pleasant surprise to see super customer service on an item like this. I made the right decision buying this case.
