These seem to work better after a workout. A lot less muscle fatigue. Tastes good and he can just dump it into his water bottle, add water and he is good to go.

Great product to keep you hydrated with a great taste.

During a recent visit, my son turned me on to this product and I am so glad he did. I live in central AL and the summer heat here can be brutal. I have always found yard work to be therapeutic, but lately I have been reticent to go out into the heat to work on the yard as I would be exhausted after an hour (or less) in the summer heat. During a weekend of trimming some trees, I tried the packets he gave me and was amazed by the results. They actually helped me recover quicker and be able to go back out and continue my work with a much shorter cool down period than I previously required with water alone. I was so impressed that I ordered a 30-pack that same weekend. I have not tried the Acai Berry or Lemon/Lime but for now I'm enjoying the Passion Fruit.

Meant to order lemon lime but passion fruit is pretty good too. I need the extra hydration when I don’t drink enough water. Esp in Arizona heat.

This is great for hangovers .. but I also drink a pack everyday after I'm finished with coffee.. I swear it gives me more energy than coffee... Tastes great. A bit too sweet though... I've tried other brands , won't make that mistake again . Love these .

I really like this product! I travel a lot for work so this is convenient since I can bring it through security no problem. It's great for a pick me up after a long flight or to help prepare your body for higher elevation or humidity. It's also a lifesaver for someone who tends to overindulge when drinking. I had a minute case of the wine flu this morning and needed to get out the door for work. I chugged gatorade last night and it had no effect so I poured one of these into a bottle of water (and added some ice, it tastes better chilled). It did the trick after a few sips no lie I felt better and even walked to work instead of driving like I was planning to. I've got a trip to see my Irish gals coming up and I will definitely be using this [in conjunction with flyby] before bed after our crazy nights out! But note to self, pre-make it before going out for the night and leave it next to the bed haha. I will say the initial taste is slightly reminiscent of salt water, at least to me as a diver. It kind of shocked me the first few sips but its really for a split second because the drink is salty but then the flavor kicks in and it tastes like a normal sports drink. I feel like it would be masked a bit better by a flavor other than lemon lime but this deal was too good to pass up so it's all good! Lastly, I like how unlike pedialyte there's no artificial dyes in this product.

This hydration product is great! When I'm working out in the hot sun and "going down," I pop in the house and drink a 16 oz. glass of water with one packet (it's really delicious) and go back out to work. I very quickly feel like I have a second wind. My "fuzzy brain" goes away and I have more energy. All of these benefits come without any sugar or stimulants involved, which I REALLY like. This product is expensive but well worth it.

I highly recommend keeping these in your house at all times! I feel SO much better after having 1. I will usually have 2 a day, but on days where I am busy running around and or have worked out 2 times during the day I will have 3 at different times. I feel hydrated and just better after one. I like the flavor and ease of being able to throw one in my purse when I am in a hurry.

This drink is so unbelievably sweet, it’s un drinkable.
