If you've not got heated window screen this is the best thing to use

Works brilliantly – spray it on and thick ice melts away in seconds. Smells like cherry instead of the usual harsh chemical pong (didn’t realise it would be scented, but it’s actually really pleasant). Tried it as a preventative a couple of nights but we haven’t had proper ice yet, so still waiting to test that properly. Quick tip: Keep it somewhere warmer than a cold car, it'll work better. Great stuff, probably going to buy another bottle. Highly recommend.

With this cold weather I have been going through alot of cheap de-icer I leave at 0430 in the morning so it has become a chore. I boght this wondering is it worth it ? the answer is yes. I followed instructions and sprayed it on all windows and lights the night before. It was forecast to be -2 so guaranteed ice. Went to the car in the morning not expceting great things - but I was stunned no ice, no scraping just nothing - just got in the car and drove off- well worth the extra money.

Great as a de-icer, works very quickly. I did not find it as good as claimed for preventing ice on the windscreen. Started work at 3 pm and sprayed all the windows, front and rear windscreens generously. The glass was dry btw. Started to freeze at around 8pm. Finished work at 11pm and found the glass completely frozen albeit with some beautiful patterns. So had to use the spray as a de-icer and it did work rapidly. The spray handle/nozzle is a bit dodgy - the de-icer dripped all over my trigger fingers. Smelled nicely of cherry though. 🤭 Was quite hard work to de-ice the whole car.

Best thing to use when there's ice on the car

Been a fan of demon products for a while, but this thing is of such little use. It not only takes much longer than standard de-icer to melt ice, but it does not ‘prevent’ ice forming at all. I have tested this multiple times with very thorough applications. No difference. When desperate/running late I’ve had to pour practically a third of the bottle for a meaningful impact, even then it takes a minute or so. Do not waste your money or bother with this.

I love that this de-icer comes in a plastic bottle rather than a can as it’s much more friendly in very low temperatures. Also, you don’t need a lot and it does a great job. Great fragrance too, I will be buying again.

Parfait en préventif, sur un seul essai à moins 7 degrés faute d'avoir d'autres gelées (et c'est pas plus mal 😁) Le givre ne tient pas sur le pare-brise et glisse en passant l'index dessus.

Dégèle parfaitement mais attention laisse un film gras sur les vitres donc pour le pare brise c'est ok car avec un jet de lave glace le film disparait. Je ne l'ai pas testé préventivement (comme renseigné par le produit) donc je ne peux pas dire si fonctionne ou pas, je resterai au prochain hiver.
