Integrative Therapeutics Zinc-Carnosine, 60 Capsules

I can't tolerate acidic or spicy foods like I use to and developed some gut and esophagus inflammation that hasn't healed completely. This is a very powerful solution. The Zinc Carnosine creates more mucus in the lining of your gut and helps cells repair so that it can properly heal. I noticed a difference after a week. Personally I take it with or right after a meal because it makes me nauseous on an empty stomach, but feel fine when taking it with food. Integrative Therapeutics is very high quality, I can't recommend it enough. For me, this has been more effective than standard Prilosec. It has also been much more effective than Seed Probiotics (which I tried for an extended period) specifically for targeting inflammation. I also use their Similase Digestive Enzymes before a heavy meal. That formula is much lighter so it doesn't make me feel queasy if I take it before eating. It works great and I feel like my stomach digests food much better.

This works great. Used it in conjunction with some other supplements for my husband’s h pylori infection. He hasn’t been rechecked, but the symptoms are gone!

Zinc is hard to tolerate for some people, but I have no problem with these and have recommended to several others who often have a hard time with zinc and they’ve been happy with them as well

I’ve been taking this for years. I can attest that my gut and immune system feel less overreactive while I’m consistently taking it. There’s some research about it’s preventative benefits for many gut health disorders and diseases, so maybe taking this will be more beneficial in the long run.

Feeling better, less bloating and gastric irritation

I honestly didn't think this would help. I tried so many things. I'm not saying this is the miracle cure, but there has been 30% improvement in my Gastritis symptoms. I've been doing my own research, figuring out that I think I need to take way more than the recommended dose. I'll need to supplement copper for that otherwise you get unbalanced and I don't know much about that. If someone has any suggestions, let me know please. But yeah, with all the food allergies I have, Gastritis, EOE, and food intolerances, the ingredients in these capsules and the capsules themselves don't mess me up. It's also gentle on the stomach, can be taken (should be) on an empty stomach to heal mucosa, but I find it's still easier to take it with food or shortly after or before food.

I’ve tried everything for my gas and bloating, sliver fern products I’ve been taking. They work but I needed a product quick to start helping with my gastritis. First pill after an hour less bloated and gassy after eating… today’s the first day but I feel a little better, recommend if your you have a bad gut lining
