Absolutely love this! Made me feel and hold more muscle and look more tone. I struggled with drinking creatine powders daily but these are so easy and i drink with other supplements.

These pills are really large and kind of hard to swallow, but it's so much better than having to mix a powder into water or preworkout, especially since I can never finish a full serving of preworkout.

I love the convenience of a capsule. No sude effects.

It's not really clear on the packaging how much creatine is in one pill. As such I was always weary of taking the recommended amount. Ended up binning these and going back to the powder.
