Good service and Excelent quality rating on book condition
I received the book 6 business days after order was processed. Dec.16 to Dec.22.The book was sent by USPS which was not tracked although I was provided a tracking number. (and they wonder why they are losing business and money. The Jan. 12,2012delivery date was unacceptable. I have canceled orders and purchased locally because I must have my book before my first class

Great Treatise on Supply Chain Logistics.
I bought this over a year ago, but never left a review. It was a great read, well organized, and it was exactly what I needed. Other books were not as well organized, and didn't cover the topic as well. But it!

Good book, but not particularly noteworthy.
For an exploratory introduction into supply chain, this is a great book. Bowersox has boiled it down into an easy-to-exaplain and clear overview. Some topics could have been expanded into more thoroughly.

Great for basics
The book is great if you're new to supply chain management. It contains a lot of information but it does not go deep in one thing; rather it looks at the whole picture.

Great Book
This book was very insightful for the Supply Chain and Logistics majors. I learned much of what I know on the subject from this book.

Purchased Book review
I'm very happy with my purchase of this item. I was a little concerned about buying an used book, but it's just like new.

Ugh.
Excruciatingly hard read. After re-reading paragraphs three or four times, taking a couple of hours to finish a chapter, I'd find myself asking "what the heck is it that I just read"?. The author seems to be from a different planet sometimes with his sentence structure and choice of vocabulary.

Yes it is a hard read
Just a note to support others here who have suggested this book is a hard read. The first 5 chapters, which make up the introductory section of the book, are especially dry and the wording overly academic. The next section, which moves into more specific topics is slightly better. I am a graduate student and I like to read textbooks so it is especially bad if I can't get through it. There were brief occasions where the text actually used clear language and provided examples and they provided a sad glimpse of how interesting this subject would suddenly become to students given a good introduction. Please consider having these first 5 chapters rewritten for the next edtion!

Sehr gut. Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Buch.
Das Buch ist sehr gut hauptsächlich wenn man ein Profilogistiker werden will. Ich finde die Sprach zwar hart aber das wird schon.
