The device works great. You can switch between 5 inputs manually or using the remote controller. I do not see any loss of fidelity. Sound is perfect, video output is perfect.I have a TCL 55" tv connected to a laptop, PS3, PS4 and Amazon firestick. Though the TV supports 3 HDMI ports, I needed quick switch between the laptop PS3 and PS4. This serves perfectly.
