Excellent Running Insoles with Strong Arch Support
These CURREX RunPro insoles have been the best I’ve used for running shoes. They’re comfortable right out of the box and provide solid support, especially for high arches like mine. They help reduce foot fatigue on both short and long runs, and the cushioning feels balanced—not too soft, but supportive enough to stay comfortable over distance. Sizing was straightforward, they are easy to cut and they fit well once trimmed to match my shoes. They have held up for over 6 months of moderate use and don't appear to be wearing very much. They are a bit pricey, but I would say it is worth it to have that comfort and support as it makes running much more enjoyable with much less risk for injury. Overall, they’ve made a noticeable difference in comfort and stability during runs, and I’d highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable arch support.

A necesary insole for high arch runners and walkers. (L)
When my doctor recommend my this insole if I want it to continue running I was exceptical at first. It have been taking time to getting use to it. I have a really high arch and it fills the gap in a way I never felt before. The quality and seemly the durability of this insole is top noch. From a month runing and walking with them I haven't seen any improvement in my stance, but I think this is better for preventing injuries. Still, I great find.

Works for me but expensive
I've use the CUREX insoles in multiple pairs of Hoka and New Balance running shoes. They are noticeably better for me then the generic OEM insoles that came with the shoes. I've also tried Superfeet. The CUREX insoles more are flexible than the Superfeet but I'm not necessarily saying better. I should try Superfeet again one of these days. So far I haven't had a repeat of the Plantar Fasciitis I had in one heal that took a year to get rid of, so I've consider them a necessary expense to this point. All the mentioned insoles seem quite expensive for the perceived construction. The CUREX XL size works for me in a size 11 running shoe but needs to be trimmed using the OEM insole as a template. Recently I've moved from Hoka to using the Brooks Glycerin 21 as my primary running shoe and the 21's feel fine with out the added insoles which has been a nice benefit.

Best
Best quality insert for daily wear. Started using with Brooks GTS23 and had immediate reduced foot pain for all day concrete walking.

perfectly less firm
I have very high arches. I also have Aetrex 400 and 700 insole inserts. I just bought some new shoes with thinner soles and I needed some padding but not much. The 700s work well but a little firm on the arch in these lone peak 9 hiking shoes. The currex has just enough extra give to them to give me the support I need but are a little more forgiving on the bottom of me feet. Also, the heel in thin and does not take up space so there is no heel support lost.

Highly recommend! GET THEM!
Fantastic !!! I had major foot pain and quit running. Even with custom orthotics I still couldn’t run longer than 3kms without pain . I was recommended these and what a difference. Feels so good to be running again!

Genial!
Un 10 sobre 5. Es magia!! Compré estas plantillas después de tener una lesión en el tobillo y no solo me ha mejorado, sino que me ha cambiado la pisada evitando posibles lesiones. Encantado no, lo siguiente!!
