Had excellent luck with this purchase
Every single bulb I planted came up in the spring and was beautiful!

rotten from inside
Bought them in Dec, Few bulbs had a green hue on them, tossed them out, others looked healthy so I Kept them inside the garage away from the cold, Under dry soil. Only one bulb came up from 50 total I purchased from this buyer (25 mix and 25 red). I dug the rest up and they were all smooshable, even though they looked fine from outside. Many had a black dot at the tip of the small and suspended sprout and many didn't even root out. I should have just waited and bought them from a local store so much cheaper and mess-free.

Nope. Old seeds did nothing.
Did not even come up.

I planted these in early spring. The bag states to plant in the Fall
Yet, five tulips are doing great. The others started to grow and stopped or are growing very slow. I gave 5 stars because I should have read the directions for planting. I think next year they will all bloom.
