Nathan Zeal 2-Liter Hydration Vest

I love this pack!! I had never run with a pack before this. I filled it up with fluids and goodies, and was out the door for 24miles. I stopped once to adjust the straps, and it fit perfectly from then on. Lightweight, comfortable, holds everything I need...and it's pretty too!

I wish I could give this zero stars. This pack is ridiculous. I pulled it out of the packaging and it looks like the size of a child's backpack. After putting on the pack I found that the flask that I thought would be on my torso is actually on my chest - because who doesn't want more things stacked on their chest. I am not sure which woman was sized for this one since it is supposed to be ideal for the female form but I guess she is a heck of a lot more petite than me. This one is a definite return.

Here are the reasons I love this backpack:- Does not move around while running (just fit it before taking it out!)- SO MANY POCKETS- Holds a lot of water and no leaking- Can easily carry all my supplies (I have diabetes so it was this or pull a suitcase behind me)*I do wish manufacturers would make products meant for women is other colors besides neon and pink and purple. Gray is a great color. Just saying.

Unlike some similar products, this backpack is very lightweight to begin with which is great since once water and other supplies are added it can get quite heavy. However, after putting it on and adjusting the straps correctly the weight cannot be felt on my back at all! It also stays in place VERY well; no shifting, no bouncing or sliding around, no chafing, no sloshing of water in the bladder. Plenty of easy access pockets for all essentials while running like phone, gels/chews, Chapstick, inhaler, Kleenex, salt tabs, etc. I've run two half marathons and gone on several long runs with it already and will continue to use it religiously on such runs. Can't believe I ever survived without it!

Needed an ultra pack that had pockets in front. This fits the bill perfectly. It's lightweight and easy to adjust on the fly. I found that I needed to tighten the straps as the water level in the pack goes down. The bottle pocket in front is also good for sunglasses or a camera.
