Zote Laundry Soap Bar - Pink 7oz

I’ve used Zote Pink bar soap primarily for laundry and stain pre-treatment, and it has performed very well. The bar is solid and long-lasting, and it lathers easily when rubbed directly onto fabric or dissolved in warm water. It’s especially effective on tough stains like grease, sweat, and dirt—after scrubbing lightly, I noticed a clear improvement even before washing. This is my tried and true makeup brush cleaner for more than 5 years. It gets out all but the very most stubborn pigments (glaring at a particular matte teal shade in my collection) but it's not overly harsh. It's also great at cleaning brushes and sponges that have been used with oil- or emollient-based products like concealers and many foundations. I have yet to experience any skin irritation from using brushes I washed with Zote (of course, you do need to rinse your brushes thoroughly). A bar will last me almost 2 years, even using it weekly, so you can't beat the price per use, especially compared with makeup brands' official brush cleaners--many of which aren't as effective. The soap itself does smell kinda like a laundromat (which... yeah), but that smell doesn't transfer to the brushes. So if you want a good, dependable, affordable makeup brush cleaner, Zote is your baby.

This stuff is amazing! I was having a hard time getting stains out of my baby’s clothing- even Shout and OxiClean weren’t working- and someone recommended trying this out, and it really works! It gets all food stains, grass stains and even my son’s drool stains! The only stains it sometimes doesn’t work on is dirt. The scent is okay… it doesn’t smell good, but doesn’t smell bad, either. It’s worth it for getting stains out!

I bought this for my dorm because I only have like ten minutes to get ready before 8 a.m. classes. I use it on my makeup brushes after late-night getting-ready sessions with my roommate. I just swirl the brushes in it and rinse, and the old foundation and eyeshadow gunk comes right off. The bristles feel soft again, not crunchy. It smells clean too, kind of like fresh laundry, which is nice when the room already smells like ramen. Price is good for how often I use it, and my makeup actually goes on smoother now.

Spotless skin is the whole reason i grabbed this for the restroom basket at my shop. It cuts through sunscreen and long-wear makeup fast, so I’m not restocking wipes constantly. Price feels fine and i like that it leaves a light, clean smell after washing.

This works amazing, I’m not too impressed with the scent. I used it on filthy greasy towels, a bloody bandana, and kitchen hand towels. The stains come out wonderful.

I use a slice of it at a time to clean my makeup brushes. All very expensive brushes & this does a much better job then any brush cleaner I’ve purchased at Sephora. Who knew? Get yours & keep brushes & beauty blenders clean!

Great product!! I use it to get stains out of clothes. I shred a little bit of it just a little to wash walls. It’s amazing.
