No change when pong case was installed. It looks good, all the buttons and ports are accessible. It feels good in my hand. And it is robust.I take the phone out of the case sometimes, just to feel the awesomeness of the phone, and to see if it is overheating when charging and watching a live stream 4 hour golf tournament. The case holds the phone very securely. It comes out, but it does take a little finessing.This last time I took it out, I noticed the case has an inch long split on one side, where it overlaps and covers the front of the phone. It still holds the phone securely, but if I were to drop it on that corner it may not protect the phone.Here's the thing. I sent a picture to Pong, Explained that I understand it is past the 1 year warranty, it's actually 18 months, but asked them to please consider replacing it anyway. I've never had a major drop, just a few from under 3 feet.They shipped one to me today. It will be here within a week.Read the headline.Their emails are from their "Customer Loyalty Team."
