This supposed turn 360 that way I Can use diferente way and is not moving

It’s beautiful but, it came with a defective timer!
The timer on this product was delivered broken into little piece. I have been unable to get a representative to return my call about receiving another one. It looks very good and appears to be sturdy but, it’s very expensive. At this point I’d recommend buying the lesser price one. Buy the one without all the bells and whistles.
