Excellent Earplugs
Very comfortable earplugs - lightweight and so soft you almost can't tell they are in. I've used others that can become actually painful after extended use, but not these. Fit well even with larger ear canals, and they are excellent at sound reduction. Highly recommend, as they are a good value and work very well.

Foam earplugs are tried and true
I’ve always used typical styrofoam earplugs that you can get from any big box store or drugstore. The problem with those, however, is that they do work, but they can be uncomfortable and sometimes they take a while to get placed just right. Sometimes the foam is so stiff that it’s hard to compress enough to fit securely in your ear. Nevertheless, the sound dampening when these are placed correctly was worth the discomfort. I was tired of that. So i decided to try those wax earplug things. I didn’t like those since i found the noise dampening effect minimal, i was worried that the wax would get into my ear canal, and bits of the wax would get in my hair or even on my pillow. No thanks. Next up was the earbud style plug. I was excited about these since I’ve used them during the day to help filter out noise outside, and I’m a big fan of things that are reusable. The particular set that i bought came with a number of different sized earbuds, so you could find what worked for you. Nice concept, but the earbuds were not for me. I found them uncomfortable, so i always ended up taking them out in the middle of the night. The noise dampening was better than with the wax, but still not great. I was also concerned that the little earbuds i placed over the bigger part would get stuck in my ears and cost me a lot of money to remove. One day, i simply couldn’t find these in the morning after removing them—it’s as if they went to another dimension. I still haven’t found them weeks later (i do not have a messy bedroom at all!), so the universe was telling me to get something else. I did a search for foam earplugs since i was tired of experimenting. I needed something that worked since I’ll be visiting a friend soon and taking my white noise machine is not an option as they have a dog. That’s how i stumbled across Mack’s earplugs. I never heard of them before, but they seemed solid. They are more than just solid. They are fantastic. They completely blow the wax and earbud style plugs out of the water. They are superior to standard foam plugs. The noise reduction factor is 33 decibels, which is great, but these are also super comfortable. They are deceptively soft and lightweight. You roll them and they respond so well that you’ll think they can’t possibly do anything. THEY DO. They compress easily and glide into your ear canal. They expand quickly and dampen the sound beautifully. These are so comfortable to wear that i leave them in overnight. I’m a customer for life.

Sleep (marriage)Saver – Blocks Snoring and Stays Comfortable All Night
Mack’s Ultra Soft Foam Earplugs have been an absolute game changer for sleep. We use them specifically to drown out snoring, and they work incredibly well. With the 33dB NRR, they noticeably reduce noise without completely cutting you off from important sounds like alarms. They’re genuinely comfortable—even for side sleepers—and don’t cause pressure or soreness after hours of use. The foam expands slowly and seals well without feeling stuffed in your ears. I also appreciate that they’re made in the USA and come in a generous 50-pair pack, which is great value. If snoring, travel noise, or light sleepers are an issue, these are a must-have. Comfortable, effective, and reliable—I won’t sleep without them now. 😴✨

Comfortable and effective, just not enough for my situation
I bought these hoping they’d help me sleep through my cat scratching at the door in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, they didn’t fully block out that specific noise, but I can definitely tell they reduce sound overall. They’re very comfortable to wear, even for extended periods, and don’t feel irritating or painful in my ears. The foam is soft and expands well, and the quality feels solid. While they didn’t solve my exact problem, they’re still a good option for general noise reduction.

Good quality and stury ear plugs
go to noise canceller for a good nigh sleep. My husband loves it and uses every night , they are soft good size and fits well into the ear without hurting and can be easily removed . Quality is good, i found them nice and intact as it got into my washer/dryer :)

Creates quiet comfort in overstimulating chaos.
My new neighbors really like to get nasty between 2200-0700 and those are my sleeping hours. Bare "lvp" flooring, 60 year old floorboards and metal bedframe really elevates the noises. They don't care, my landlord don't care. These were my last ditch effort to save my sanity...which has long sense fled but I try to keep tabs on it. They're much softer than the orange yellow kind I'm used to on job sites. Easy to "install". They do a decent job at sound isolation. My tv sounds like its on vol. 10 when it's on 20 - of that makes sense. I didn't hear them the first night so, I think I've got what I need until my lease is up or I am blessed enough to skidaddle sooner. Will keep them around just in case though, so pleasant. Comfortable enough sleeping on my sides, far better than headphones. They did itch toward the end of my sleep cycle which woke me up but I read this can be normal and I'll acclimate. I'd rather wake up and readjust than wake up to...them. For the cost, these are so worth a try. Never know when you just need to tune out.

Great earplugs.
What's to say? They are soft, comfortable and they work great. They are easy to put in and easy to take out. I do wish they were just a little longer but that's just me.

IMHO these are the BEST earplugs for sleeping
I originally started sleeping with Mack's brown earplugs 10 years ago, then gradually tried other cheaper brands, but I am back to buying only Mack's brown earplugs as long as they are sold and not changed by the manufacturer. I tried the orange ones, the light blue ones, the multicolored ones - many other brands and styles. This particular type of earplug has been the BEST for sleeping. They are small enough to fit easily in the ear canal without sticking out, soft enough to not create pressure in the ear, and are great at blocking most noises while sleeping. They are easy to use - just roll between your fingers and slide them in. They expand over the next 10 seconds to create a comfortable but effective sound barrier. You get a lot of plugs in the container. They can be reused several times until wax or sweat starts to get into the pores in the foam. I don't recommend cleaning them other than to wipe them off because washing them in water reduces their ability to compress. There are enough in the pack to get many months of use out of them, even if you use earplugs every night like I do.
