Good buy at cheap price
This product is of A1 quality about a quarter inch long cristal clear its perfect. Cheap but no compromise on quality and taste

it's not easy to review MSG
Well, it's not easy to review MSG. After all, I don't have a reference point. But the crystals look right, and taste the same as the stuff I've tasted ages back. For many years we were off MSG due to the bad rep it was getting (falsely, I may add). I'm using this in my dishes, and I'd say it does add a certain flavour. (I wouldn't go so far as to qualify this as umami. I use Nori Wakkame seaweeds, and if that is umami, this is certainly a different taste). But I'd reccomend this to any buyer.

I dislike its taste. I thought it would be like the salt what mc'd pour on french fries, but it is different. The quantity it too much that even it would took 2-3 year to finish if I use it to homemade fast foods.
