**This review is in regards to the LG V40 ThinQ case, screen protector and stylus combo with the brushed black effect.** Don't waste your money. This is an iPhone case that TECHNICALLY fits the V40 ThinQ, but it's not made for the V40 ThinQ. I know this because upon opening the package, there was a paper inside saying it was for an iPhone. You can tell this isn't made for the V40 when you put the phone in the case. The case barely comes up to the same level as the screen, so there is no raised perimeter lip to protect your screen if you drop your phone face down. This leads me to believe that the V40 is a taller phone than whatever iPhone model this is intended for. Fit aside, I don't see this case actually providing substantial protection. The case is slim and doesn't really seem to have much bumper around it (no shock absorption), so i'm not confident that the case will actually do anything to protect my phone. Also, the volume up/down buttons on the left side of the case are already depressed pretty far in, so when I go to use the volume buttons on my phone, I have to press pretty hard to make the case button covers hit my actual phone buttons. The screen protector is bunk as well. It went on easily, and I even used the wet/dry screen wipes that came with it even though I had literally just pulled the film off my new phone's screen, but nonetheless, the center of the protector won't stay stuck to my screen. As a result, I am getting this weird rainbow oil slick effect eating up the whole middle section of my screen. The stylus is whatever. It's stubby and very cheap quality, but it works. The lesson here? Don't protect a $979 phone with a $9 case set. Don't make my mistake. Just over pay at your phone retailer's store for a quality case and screen protector that you know will do their jobs.

The case itself is very nice looking. But aside from protection, I also buy cases to give better grip. This is a hard plastic case and the smooth sides and hard glossy back don't give much better grip than the phone. Still slides around in my hand. To make things worse, the buttons are hard to push in, especially the power button for waking up the phone. That one is very tough and very annoying. Disappointed in the case. Had less than a week, already ordered a different one.

The screen protector is too small for this screen. It's not even for the LG V40, the "packaging" says S8. And by packaging I mean plastic bag with the screen protector and dry cleaning wipes. The picture of the case makes it look lile thebscreen protectos is part of the case...its def not. I now have to buy a different screen protector. Save your money, do not buy.

Saved my phone from a handful of small drops, from the car, off the couch, off the desk, etc. But a drop with some momentum behind it, during a basketball game, it utterly failed. Thankfully I only have a small crack in the corner of my phone, but it left the case compromised and I doubt it would protect my phone again. But for $6 I should have seen it coming.P.S. The glass screen protector is the worst protector I have ever attempted to install.

For the price, I'll be honest, I was scared. I tgought that the quality would be poor. I am a big reader of reviews and since this product had none I was hesitant to order. At the Verizon store these products would have cost me over $60. I ordered for the screen protector only. Its good quality and so is the case. Comes with a stylus as well.

Great case...great price. Fits perfectly with no button issues at all. Very high quality. I have not dropped it to see how it holds up but I have high hopes it will be fine.The only complaint. Just add the directions to the package instead of directing us to go to facebook or YouTube. That was lame.

Have had the case for a while. Fits perfectly. Beautiful colors. Haven't dropped my phone yet. Not sure how much protection it will provide.

This case is so beautiful. Its not cheap and thin like some are and its a nice texture to hold. Came with a screen protector and stylus ! Only downside was shipping I got it a little later than expected.
