Nice product. Fixed my tractor engine miss.
I bought a new condenser from a John Deere dealer to replace a very old one, along with new points, rotor, cap, wires, plugs, & distributor shaft bushing. My tractor ran poorly and misfired constantly after replacing everything. Hours of troubleshooting revealed no certain fault. I ordered a Standard FD75T condenser even though my made in china Deere brand condenser tested fine at .27 microfarads. The Standard condenser I received is made in Mexico despite the listing saying made in china. It tested at .21 microfarads. I did not have much hope of improvement since everything in the ignition system was already replaced. Incredibly the engine fired right up and ran like a top after installing this condenser! I suspect the dielectric material was breaking down in the chinese condenser causing an intermittent misfire. This insulation breakdown would not show up on a capacitance test. Good luck with your ignition problem.
