Was recommended this product by a friend. My son struggles with the toilet and usually will refuse to take anything to help. Thisproduct is flavourless and can be added to diluted juice. Half a sachet was taken and he was able to go to the toilet with no problem. It is expensive but worth it. 5*

Benefiber should be a daily routine! A beneficial daily additive. Helps with intestinal health, weight loss, decreases cholesterol and sugars ! Overall an excellent product !

Really good

I got recommended of this product by my friend to try it. There is no flavour in the powder, which is very good and easy to drink just with water or other liquids. But it seems nothing changes in my body after one week drinking.

Value for money

I wish I was more consistent with it, you have to take 3 sachets a day, I just keep forgetting I’m sure if I was more consistent I would see a massive difference but I already see difference as it is
