Wrights Liquid Smoke - Mesquite 103ml

Delicious smoky scent and flavour, very natural tasting, easy to use in so many dishes. A little goes a long way, so good value.

Just delicious and lasts a ling time

Great flavour, definitely only need a drop. Brilliant for steak, burgers & brisket with no oven. Would go for other flavours when using for pork or chicken. Only issue was despite the tamper proof seal, the cap was looser and we had a little leakage. Not enough for me to return but the box smelt like smoke lol.

Good essence of smoke but not good value for money. Can be too over powering sometimes so use little amounts.

This liquid mesquite is fantastic and definitely the best I’ve found yet. A little more expensive than some but it’s highly concentrated - use carefully. Others I’ve bought I use 1tbs early in my chilli with the meat, spice and onion and another 1tbs around 15 mins before the end of cooking it out. I didn’t need the second spoon and could easily have gotten away with less than the full first one (I’ll try teaspoon for each next time). The flavour itself is superior too - I find some taste a little chemical but not this one. This will now be a permanent shopping list resident

Great for marinating your ribs and any other bbq meat you want to have a good Smokey flavour. Highly recommended

It doesn't give that 'chargrill' taste, it just tastes a little bit smoked. Very strong though, bottle will last forever as you only need a drop or two!

Tiene un increíble aroma muy intenso, con una gota basta. Lo tengo que poner dentro de otro bote para que no huela todo el armario porque realmente es un olor muy intenso. Estoy muy contenta con este producto. A las Islas Canarias el envío tardó un poco más de lo previsto (2 semanas más) porque se perdió el paquete pero el vendedor muy amable incluso se ofreció a enviar un reemplazo, acabo de escribirle para que lo cancele ya que el producto acaba de llegar. Estoy muy agradecida y contenta con el producto y el vendedor. Lo recomiendo 100%.

This was perfect for my kalua pork. the only issue I had is when I received it, I thought it was broke at first because there was sticky sauce everywhere.

really great if you live in a strata and are not allowed to use charcoal. if you use a basting brush and baste your meat at the end with this it gives it an indistinguishable charcoal mesquite flavor. This is now a must have for my bbq.
