Youthful Me

I love bedtime teas and have quite the range but this was my first time trying these and I'll definitely be buying them again! They taste lovely (although I do add a touch of honey to all mine) I felt lovely and relaxed before bed, great value and as nice if not nicer than some of the more expensive teas

Nice taste and really makes me sleep

I'm a chronic insomniac and struggling to get 2 hours sleep a night,I left to he teabag in and actually made two drinks from it,as they are pretty expensive! I did get a little extra sleep actually!I add cinnamon also to help with the bitter taste of valarian root,but overall good product and plenty of ingredients inside the teabags, although expensive yes i will be buying again, anything for a little sleep!

Bought for partner who went through a spell of being unable to settle in evening/go to sleep, as she loves ‘tea’ we tried a few brands but for whatever reason this one seemed to help more. Not much of a tea drinker myself but seemed to smell nice & flavour went down well from what I was told. Success. Only wish there was a bigger box &/or it being in stock as price is good.

I am trialing a number of different teas marketed for sleep and anxiety. I ordered this tea expecting a nice cuppa, as I have had other teas from this company before that have all been delicious. I brewed myself a cup of this tea, and tasted it. It has a nice taste to begin with; the flowery notes of the chamomile initially exciting my taste buds, followed by the floral lavender. I am not sure which ingredient it is, but I noticed quite quickly that there is a rather bitter aftertaste. I appreciate this might be what some consumers prefer, however I found it slightly unsavoury. Its not an unpleasant tea, and I will drink it all in time, however it is not necessarily a tea I would buy again. There are other teas on the market that taste slightly nicer with similar ingredients. It did relax me and help me to go to sleep when I drank in the evening, it is just the bitter aftertaste. Next time I might try adding a drop of honey.

The first time I had this tea I felt really sleepy in about an hour. This effect has disappeared after I used it every night for a week but I still get the best quality sleep. I used to toss and turn and wake up in the middle of the night. This is all gone now and I wake up feeling rested. I already ordered more and I will keep using it. There is a slight weird smell when yiu brew itoʻ but not at all unpleasant. After a few days you will not even notice it . It is worth it anyway.

The tea is lovely and is effective at relaxing and helping sleep. However out of 3 boxes bought all the tea bags were defective and not properly sealed and required a tea strainer to use.

Lovely, balanced taste. Great for evenings.

Je n'aime pas le goût de ceux-ci. Je pense que c'est la lavande, mais elles ont un goût assez fleuri

Le thé est de qualité correct, même si je m'attendais à plus de saveur, prix intéressant.

more like a summer tea. cold preferably. refreshing cold; it's okay warm for lunch break.

Taste good and help to relax

Die Tees von English Tea Shop sind alle super, dieser Tee ist aber geschmacklich einer meiner Favoriten. Sehr lecker.
