The beard molder...
Updated review•Wisdom Beard Dry OilMy personal favorite. The title well describes its aroma, but I disagree with it fully being a balm, as I understand a balm as a sticky substance and this is definitely not. Whilst it comes in a balm looking like presentation (solid enough), this marvel just behaves as oil when applied. It leaves a very nice shine and immediate soft to the touch texture to the beard. No matter how damaged it might be, this is what you are looking for if the people around you complain about how rough your beard feels when closely interacting with them, no matter who they are, in my case my girlfriend, mom and daughter can witness about it besides myself.•Initiative Beard Dry OilMy personal second favorite. The title well describes its aroma.•Classic Beard Dry OilYes, no added scent, neutral oily aroma. Not what my personal selection would be if you like to always smell good to yourself, others or just your beloved one.Usage quantity will of course depend on the amount of hair you have and how long it is. I personally grab enough so I cover my index tip or print and then just rub it against my hand palms until it completely goes transparent and then apply on my beard. Twice is more than enough for a 1.5 inch long beard like the one I have right now. Then I just gently cover the whole of it and then brush or comb. That would be it.It comes in a very practical tin that can easily fit your pocket. Believe me, this matters as you will like to apply it more than once a day sooner or later. Either because you like the way it smells or just because of vanity. How long would it last? Well, if used twice a day like I do, consider 30 days or so. Little less or more depending on its usage amounts and frequencyIt really goes well with the horse bristle brush, you can easily and gently massage your face while applying it... ;)Believe me, as you will apply it all over your beard, including your mustache, the way it smells matters. This one scent rocks to me.It is not like you will just put away your mustache and then pull it out when needed.Very recommendable products and company!

A product that does what it says
This product marks my first ever beard dry oil. As I start to get more and more serious with my beard maintenance, I have branched out to trying different products. When it comes to any variation of beard oil, I have noticed many look for a few things. They want shine, hold, smell, and moisture. Below, I will touch on each category to give you the details of my individual experience.Shine:The Wisdom Beard Dry Oil leaves a lasting shine that isn't overbearing. The last thing you want is the look of a greasy beard. Fortunately this product has a healthy balance.Hold:My beard is still in the early stages (6 weeks) and doesn't have the length that many may possess. As for controlling my curls, stray hairs, etc it does a fair job. I'm sure once my beard grows out, this product with offer better support. Keep in mind, if you want a lot of control, they have beard wax that will get the job done.Smell:This is quite possibly my favorite aspect of the product. The scent is a blend of citrus and cedar wood. For those seeking a scent that is pleasing to the olfactory senses, this one is a winner. The fragrance is subtle and is guaranteed to aid you in accentuating your already overwhelming manliness.Moisture:Who doesn't love when someone wants to stroke your beard? Seems to come with the territory. Without moisture, a beard can get unbearable. It itches, can give 'beard burn' to the ladies, and even end up giving you a hellacious case of beard rash. The dry oil offers moisture that is light, non-greasy, and makes your beard soft to the touch. Conclusion:There are so many options out there to choose from and everyone with a beard will have their go to products. If you want a fantastic beard dry oil that does what it says, then this is all you will need. You can get the moisture your beard needs while gaining that manly, woodsy smell that beardies seek. This product is the start of my beard-growing adventure and I hope it helps you maintain and grow a glorious beard of your very own.

Great balm with a great smell
I have tried just about every balm in my beard. I work in a corporate office, so it is essential that my beard is well groomed. Part of that is keeping it under control, and there is only so much my barber can do. The hairs on the side of my face love to go out and not lay-down and behave. So I turn to balms to help condition it into place. So, like I said, I have tried just about anyone you can find online. And this is my new favorite. The consistency of the balm is perfect, it's not too "soft" but also not too hard. Some that I have used has been so solid that it takes forever to melt in your hard and then feels heavy on your face. This one starts to melt as soon as you scoop your desired amount out of the can.The scent is primarily what caught my attention to this product. I am a huge fan of anything citrus scented or flavored, so I wanted to try this balm out right away. The scent is just amazing, my wife loves it, I love it, my kids love it. It's extremely well balanced, and has an amazingly fresh smell to it.The only thing I will comment "against it", but that I don't feel takes away from the product or the 5 stars I gave it. The can is not a screw lid, it just pops on and off. And I won't lie, when it first came in, I stood there and twisted for a lot longer than I should have before realizing it just comes off. I don't travel much so it really isn't a concern for me, but if you travel much at all, I would be a little worried about the lid coming off, so you might throw it in a zip lock bag at least until you find out how it does.
