Is is adjustable?** A: Measuring the arm hole would be a useless exercise because the fabric "gives". The small/medium is supposed to fit a 40" chest or smaller more slightly built individuals. There is a lot of adjustment offered plus, as I said, the fabric gives somewhat. I simply made a guess and would have exchanged it if it hadn't worked. I ordered a small/medium for my granddaughter who is 5'5" and slightly built. **Q: is it washable** A: I haven't tried it yet but in my opinion you should totally be able to, it's a neoprene-like material and some nylon. I will probably throw mine right in with the other laundry when it's time. The strap is removable so that can be taken off if desired so as not to get tangled with the clothes. And if you are skeptical of the washing machine, it can definitely be washed by hand. **Q: can someone send a pic of the inside part of the wrap that show the pockets where the ice pacs go?** A: I posted some on my review. **Q: after 20 mins of ice therapy, how long does it take to get completely cold again?** A: Mine stays cold for a long time. Sometimes I put a wash rag inside the brace because they are very very cold. You are suppose to wait 15 minutes after you take out the pack of the freezer before putting in the sleeves of the brace. It is so cold I can leave them out 15 minutes and put them on for 20 minutes and put them back in the freezer and then put them back on for another 20 minutes. I have seen some of the other reviews about them not staying cold but I have not experienced this. It is easy to put on and remove. It provides HEAT OR COLD relief around my ENTIRE shoulder and stays in place (unlike trying to use a rectangular gel pack). A shout out for the seller—I ordered a size Large because I had read a couple of reviews saying that the shoulder wrap ran small. When I received my size Large, the tightening strap went part way around my back because it was simply too big for me. Also, the top of the shoulder portion rippled because there was so much more space in that area than my shoulder could fill. I reached out to the seller through Amazon to ask for a replacement Small/Medium. They quickly sent me the replacement cloth portion, along with a pre-paid shipping label to return the size Large. In two days, I had that replacement! Their customer service matches the quality of their product.
