No inflation pins or inflation plugs provided

No accessory was provided except the ball _ for example no inflation plugs were provided. No inflation pins were provided, so means to inflate the ball even with a pump. There also seems to be no way to return the defective equipment, so now we are stuck with an expensive and defective purchase
