Gentle and Effective Saline for Wound Care
I’ve been using this wound wash saline for my piercing and minor cuts, and I’m very satisfied with the results. The spray is easy to use, delivers a consistent mist, and the solution feels clean and gentle on the skin. It doesn’t sting, which makes it perfect for daily wound care or fresh piercings. I like that it’s sterile and free from harsh chemicals. Definitely a reliable product to keep in your first aid kit.

Perfect for Piercings
I purchased this to wash my recent piercings, and will always suggest to people to purchase these instead of the "piercing" sprays that tend to be double the price. This worked great, kept my piercings clean, and allowed them to heal like normal piercing sprays do. Save your money, and get a generic saline spray/wash over a piercing spray. It's the same thing and works just as good. Also great for scratches, which I have also used on my little one.

Great pure saline solution for piercings
I bought this for my daith peircing recovery. This is a forceful spray, not a fine mist. It feels great and is made with no additional chemicals. This is also great to have in your med kit as This won't sting as much as water for your kiddos scraps. This lasted me about a week using it twice a day.

Must have for new piercings
Amazing and convenient for piercings. This is the only way I am able to properly clean my piercings. Soaking in salt water is alot of work. The saline spray is easy to pack on the go and you can easily clean your piercing no matter where you are without tools/supplies.

Same Product, Different Nozzle
The difference between this $5 can and the other can that costs $15 is the NOZZLE. The nozzle on this can sprays a full-force, very heavy stream of saline, versus the piercing care can which has a nozzle that sprays out a gentle, super-fine mist. This one is great for washing wounds for first aid, and perhaps for some piercings other than on your head, like belly button, nipple, and personal piercings.I have a new nostril, helix & lobe piercings. I had already spent $30 on 2 cans of the fine mist, piercing care version. When I needed more, I thought I would try to save some money by buying this $5 version of the exact same solution.I was able to control my first pass at my nose okay, thank goodness, but when I went to rinse my ear, I got the FULL-FORCE BLAST of saline which quickly drenched the side of my head and the front of my t-shirt!While this version of the same exact fluid is less expensive, that fine mist nozzle makes all the difference when rinsing ear and nose piercings. Is the difference worth $10? IDK. If you do buy this to care for your piercings, I recommend you use a light touch and caution when spraying towards any piercing on your head.I will be purchasing the $15 version now, but I feel NeilMed, the company that makes this product, is overcharging, and I will be inquiring to them why there is a $10 difference. Again, same exact solution, different nozzles, $10 price difference.

Helped with pain
My dog has a sore on their leg that won’t heal, and she has been whining a lot recently about it.I asked ChatGPT what to do, and it said I should spray it with saline. After spraying the wound my dog had calmed down a lot and seems much more comfortable. I think the spray helps kill bad bacteria in the wound. It definitely helps a lot.My dog is feeling much better after I used this product on her wound. It really works.
