Unfortunately, as I was assembling it I could tell it was not quality made. During the process of them manufacturing the two main part of the chair, they apparently left the protective plastic sheet cover on the frame and foam wrapping when they put the cloth upholstery on. This means that it makes little crackling sounds whenever you touch the sides or the headrest. The head cushion was too stiff with far too much stuffing in to be comfortable. I took at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the padding out of the head cushion to make it comfortable. After close to 6 months of use, one of the wheels ended up breaking. I now have to look into what can be done about that. If I can update this later, I will. Update: Not more than a week after replacing the wheels with heavy duty wheels, the base then broke. This chair is absolutely not worth the price I paid for it. I've had chairs half the price of this be of better quality. Pros - good design, great features, metal internal frame, cloth upholstery, high weight limit rating, reasonable price Cons - poor quality control in the manufacturing, poor quality of materials used making it easy to break Review: Cloth Seat, meh comfort....just ok - I wanted a cloth chair as all the vinyl chairs are junk and start flaking apart. This was the cheapest cloth gaming chair I could find that also had a foot rest. The instructions are incomplete and it came with QTY 10 lock washers that are not in the directions. It does not tell you which direction to put on the foot rest supports. I put the horizontal slot side of the bracket facing the rear. It does not tell you which direction to install the armrests. The skinny side should be the rear and the wider side should be the front. The tools that come with it are really cheap metal and bend. You wont be able to assemble with the included tools. Instead you need a 12mm socket and 5mm hex key. Buy this if you dont have them. You can follow my pictures for how to assemble for the parts that are not in the directions. The footrest is cheap and just pulls forward and flips over. It is not spring loaded or anything like that. QTY 2 Orings hold the footrest from sliding off the bracket, no stop screw. The Orings are AS568A-205 if you need to order replacements. One of the plastic side covers on the seat had a crack in it out of the box, but not really noticeable. Overall, I am happy it is a cloth seat that wont flake. So far it is OK for comfort, just feels like a cheap seat with little padding. I am going to keep it and see how it goes. Also it is wobbly, especially when leaning back. But you can comfortably lean back at like a 45 deg and put your seat up, so that is nice. But again it will wobble easily if making movements. It does not feel like it will fall over though. Id say this is a chair that is better for child than an adult. This chair would make more sense being $35 cheaper. I purchased for $160, should have been $125 for what it is.

Great design, poor or defective quality
I love this chairs features and comfort. I'm sad to say I had to return it, and hope to buy a replacement similar to it soon. I had a lot of squeaking noises in many different positions, I tried to lube it with Lithium grease in joints to no improvement I weight under 240 lbs, it's rated for 350 lbs. and the type 4 piston was loosing pressure within a few weeks. Chair kept dropping down all the way. Amazon appears to have no problem with a refund. I just didn't want to mess with assembly of another from the same manufacturer.

Don't Expect a Massage
This chair is fairly easy to assemble. The directions are done with pictures. There is an e-mail address to use to contact the manufacturer (I am guessing) to get assembly video instructions, so says the assembly sheet. Don't count it that happening. I assembled this after some fits and starts - most others will probably find it extremely easy. A video would have been nice since this is obviously not my forte! I found the parts to be interesting - not enough split ring gaskets, one extra large screw, one extra foot rest rod holder, two extra small screws. There are two allen wrenches included, one with a Phillips head, so you don't need any other tools. The lumbar support cushion is supposed to be a massage unit, connecting to a computer via USB, so says the listing for the chair. Unless there is a USB cable with a non-USB end that connects to the very short cord from the cushion, that won't happen. The [email protected] contact is very slow to respond to questions and English is not the native language. I was told that the cable connects to a laptop. I hope you can see the cable in the attached picture. The support is also a bit more firm than I like and you can't adjust that. Other questions went unanswered. The chair itself is relatively comfortable, although the seat is a bit hard. The arm rests are a lighter weight plastic than I would have expected, but the height is adjustable. Not clear in the instructions, but obvious once you do it too soon, is not to put on the rubber O-rings on the foot rest rods until you have actually slid the rods through their holders. They are what keep the unit in place. Time will tell as to the quality of this chair. I like that it is fabric (breathable) . I will update this review should it be necessary.

one of the best, its all Fabric 100% last as long as car apostasy
This doesn't give you the same problems as imitation PU lather does or Vinel. this faberic will easy laster more than a year PU Leather only last about 6 months at best. Vintel is about 8 months, and fabric over 5 years easy.
