I scoop with the edge of my finger, rub into my palm then spread on, and this is enough. I don’t use it every night as it’s not necessary. Just like the face results, arms became soft & supple again. I always lightly spray them first with a pure water & tamanu oil mix so that the cream is absorbed more easily.Oh, & don't forget your lower legs/calves & feet, especially in summer!I usually buy several pots when it's on offer. I've tried so many moisturisers and masks, I was sceptical over whether it work but willing to dry anything. This mask is a miracle. I apply a thin layer to my face at night before bed and leave it on over night. After a week of use, my dry skin had disappeared! I now use once a week to keep the dry skin at bay, if I notice any patches of dryness, I apply it that night and the dry skin is gone the next day. I can wear make up again after years of dry skin woes. My skin feels incredibly soft and moisturised. I'm rubbish at putting cream on and some days I have forgot to use anything( I don't wear make up) but I can say my lines are definitely softer in appearance, I am so happy to have found something to stop me looking so paggered.
