Just recieved this product. Heavy little unit, great build quality it the tab and in the keyboard. Very pleased in the quality in the picture very clear, and also with watching a video, Clarity is great. Sound is good, not the best so I hook up my anker Bluetooth speaker and this rocks. The Internal storage is only 16gig small, so I purchased a 64gig SD card for additional storage and a case. The unit is not super fast, wish it was a little faster, but remember the cost ($110). But I'm ok with that. It hooks up to Bluetooth smoothly and it does have some nice features, Hotspot, mirror cast, detachable keyboard which I totally love about this.I don't understand some of the negitve reviews.

I stopped using the keyboard due to the screen slipping out if moved and I needed it to be portable. Tried using the screen only and it rotates on it's own when I tap to google search making me switch it to enter on touch screen!Went to settings and found few options for solving and changing some simple personal needs.Simply stopped setting it up and can be used as a generic guest device if I keep it charged. Even the photos are poor quality so I can't even use snap shots worthy of editing!Screen shot works ok if I want a 3 second or more delay countdown, which I don't. couldn't find the voice control to be able to hold hand steady instead of pressing on screen camera!I wouldn't recommend this for any age user it's just not sturdy. I fumble enough stuff and needed a tablet more hands free, shouldn't have ordered as I expected the keyboard option to be a bonus for my tablet.I'm using my old one that meets the needs mentioned above so I ended up wasting close to $100.00 when it could have been used for a better more trusted tablet option.sorry but I have nothing good to say about it. I would have returned it but it had caused enough grief to even deal with it any longer!cat bWisconsin

This product does not work will with the keyboard if i go on a appt or want to use the keyboard it turns for the tablet. Its slow. Its like it does not want to work well with the keyboard. It also freezes up all the time.

I was with my kids and it was I. My son's backpack and his strap broke and the tablet fell out and cracked the screen and I can no longer use the device it really really really sucks because I only actually got to use it two times. Before it was broken and now it can't be used at all it was a complete waist of money that I really do t have and I need it for school and can't afford another one. It's not a very good feeling

This thing is a piece of junk only lasted 2months then the touch screen doesn’t work.

This was not described as being scratched on the outside. Said it came with a charger and it did not! The power button and volume buttons are missing. It also doesnt hold a charge, worst product from whoever's sold it!

Has programmed conflicts a running programs. Sometimes it goes into a mode that does not respond appropriately keyboard commands I believe this is due to program conflicts in this model needs a software update
