Dernord 3" weld ferrel
Nothing wrong with this fitting, just did not work for me, as there was not enough room to get my Tig or MIG welder under it's one inch height. I used a Dernord 6" sanitary spool fitting that I sawed 2" long which worked good, and used the end cap and clamp.

This will NOT fit type L pipe
Nicely made however this tri-clamp Ferrule will not fit a type L 2 inch copper tube as it is too large. You will need to use type M or be prepared to modify the tube by removing material or using a lathe to skim the ferrule.
