I like these 2mg melatonin per dose sleep aides. My DH takes one gummy and I take two. I have an issue with slowing down in the evening and falling into restorative sleep. Plain melatonin wasn't helping and I don't like taking more than 2mg. I've found this formula to be effective for me, and I experience no side effects and no hangover. I appreciate the gentle ingredients. The taste is very palatable, and these are super soft and very easy to chew.
