Ghiradelli Chocolate Premium Baking Chips

Hit or miss on the quality and freshness. Sometimes they are wonderful, sometimes they suffer during storage / transit. So now I buy the six packs of these chocolates, which are better packed and shipped.

I was looking for some high quality chocolate chips; these were Ok but not as good as I thought that they would be

WOW these are great. I used the recipe 1 time and with a huge positive reaction to these cookies the recipe on the bag is my go too for Chocolate Cookies.2 cups per recipe amounts to about 3-4 bakes. Love em.

Best for baking AND eating. Buy these over & over.

I liked the 70% cacao much better but can no longer find them in the larger bags.

The only chocolate chips I'll buy anymore. Smooth melting, creamy, and not too sweet.I use them to do all things chocolate in my house, including making my own hot chocolate mix.

These are the ONLY chips I use in my cookies. I make a lot of them, so buying the chips "in bulk" through amazon.com saves me a substantial amount of money over supermarket prices.

If you don't like chocolate, don't buy this---
