Great stuff! LOVE IT for cold and flu season... I take 4 sprays a day, and I spray a few sprays into my daughter's sippy cup with water in it... She doesn't even know it's in there!It tastes ok, not great, but not horrible... I just spray 2 sprays into my mouth and then quickly gulp down some ice cold water and its very doable for me. Has somewhat of a "syrupy" taste... But it's a sweet taste, not tart like most elderberry syrups. It's 540mg per spray of a mix of elderberry and echinacea, and rose hips. So it's a potent dose you get in each spray.... Which I like, since many other elderberry supplements are very low in potency. Plus the bottle lasts a very long time! Only thing I don't like is that the label doesn't give you a breakdown of exactly how much of EACH ingredient is in the total 540mg dose per spray.. So there's no knowing how much is actually elderberry verses echinacea ect.

I bought this last year during flu season and restocked this year even though I still had quarter a bottle left. The whole family uses it. Two sprays into the back of your throat and you’re good to go. We use it when we feel the slightest bit of a cold and swear by it. The taste isn’t for everyone. It reminds me of a sickly sweet wine. Excellent immune system booster and helps kill the longevity of the flu and common cold. Also worth mentioning, it comes in a heavy glass bottle which I love.

I have ordered this from another company who no longer carries it. So glad I found it here. At the first sign of a tickle in mt throat I use it. Haven't had a sore throat since I have been using it. It tastes like raisins.

Keep in mind what works for one may not work for another. I use my Elder Berry spray mostly for irritation in the mouth or throat. If I get a canker sore, bite my lip, denture irritation I spray at bedtime and a few times during the day and this quickly handles the problem. Being a dark berry it's also great as an antioxidant for total well-being. I have found it also seems to shorten any sore throat from cold or cough. My medicine/herb cabinet is never without this little wonder 'herb'.

I am a HUGE believer in the medicinal benefits of Elderberry. As I have a large family, I purchase quite a few different products to have on hand. Therefore, I bought 3 bottles of this spray, thinking it would have the same appealing flavor as our Elderberry syrup. Oh my ... it does not. This spray is very strong and tastes like burnt raisins. My kids were not impressed and I'm expecting some frowns if they have to take it frequently. I don't even want to take it! An important note is that this spray shoots very strong and splashed when sprayed into the mouth. You should be careful if you don't want stains on anything as this is a dark berry.The good: this was a decent price, has good reviews, and in a pinch, we'll use it as I believe it probably has the same good qualities as the syrup. I'm sure it would be easier to carry with you than a bottle that needs refrigeration. The bad: it tastes pretty bad and could potentially stain if you're not careful when spraying.

I started using elderberry on the advice of my boss who is very into holistic and natural products. This spray has changed my life. 46 years of constant nasal drip and phlegm after eating almost everything, this spray has helped tremendously! This morning I was sure I was starting a cold. I took 3 sprays and it never amounted to anything. I take 2 sprays in the morning and if I feel like that tickling or cough start I take 2 more at night and drink a glass of water or two. It also lasts a long time as 2-4 sprays a day it does not go down fast in the bottle.This is very sweet but you get used to it. I will continue to use this for a long time, it honestly has changed my life.

Like it better then taking spoonful

I love this spray and usually buy it locally. The price online was cheaper than I could buy it around here. We use this at the first sign of feeling "under the weather" or when someone else in the house is sick. Elderberry is, as I understand it, clinically proven to stop virus germs from multiplying, and so helps your body fight off disease. We have found it to be effective for us, and this spray is very easy and effective.
