Comes frozen in four separate bags. It’s easy to remove as many cookies as needed and put the rest back in the freezer. Only problem is that they don’t last very long - everyone eats them quickly, they are that good.

Love these cookies! The only reason I found out about them was because my husband bought some from a fundraiser for a school. We loved them and had to have more. Sad part was we had to buy 20 pounds worth!

Totally disappointed with this product and just threw away all remaining product after cooking the first 6 cookies. The nuts are only cut in half and the white chocolate pieces are the size of small candy bars. Bought all of this to make cookies for a 99 year old cousin who loves macadamia cookies purchased in Food Lion stores. The dough is good, but the size of these cookies will give anyone a fatal sugar rush. Tried cutting the nuts and chocolate up in smaller pieces and remixing in the dough, not successful with getting a reasonable cookie. Learned a lesson with this purchase and will stay away from Otis Spunkmeyer products. Cookies come out at 8" diameter and about 3/4" thick.

These are amazing cookies, however the shipping is a major problem. Both times that I have order these frozen cookies, they have arrived completely defrosted, even slightly warm. Frozen items should be shipped in a manner that they will arrive frozen.

These cookies are fantastic ! Better than expected. I followed the directions and baked them while still frozen, and they turned out perfectly.
