Full of bloatware
This laptop is full of junk software. The image in the ad shows a basic load of Windows 10. That's not what you get. All kinds of HP and mcafee popups, asking for your information or for you to sign up and renew. Terrible that HP does this on their computers. I would not recommend this laptop.
