Q: Will this work on fabric? It would be used on cotton vests for costumes....

I have used this on a pair of faux leather boots. The calf section was too big for my daughter. We cut a section out of the back, placed eyelets and placed them up. Turned out cute. We also made a corset. Only issue is the cutter discharge would become plugged. Resolved by removing with a safety pin. This is the absolute best eyelet punch applicator I have ever had the pleasure of using. I have fought with the cheaper ones. Not worth the fight. Wish I had this 20 years ago.

Q: Will this punch thru all thicknesses of leather? Leather is slippery compared to paper/other fabrics. what types of snaps/eyelets/punches included?

Do not use it on leather unless it is very thin. Do not force thick material into the punchers. It will break.

Q: Can I use 10mm eyelets with it?

Yes, you can! I have done it and works just fine!

Q: Has anyone used this to punch holes in felt?

Yep works through anything I have tried it on
