Rubie's Child's Wizard of Oz Deluxe Glinda The Good Witch Costume

This dress is incredible. I added a wand and wing set from a local store and a pair of silver ballet flats. My daughter was complimented everywhere we went! It fits fairly true to age in my opinion. I read some reviews saying it's on the small side so I went up a size and greatly regretted it. My daughter is tall for her age and it was still so long I had to take it up a few inches just to have it graze the ground. I'm sure the age appropriate size would have been perfect.

The dress fell apart at the seam as we were trying to delicately put it on her. The crown shattered when we placed it on her head. We had to tape up the crown and since the material was too thin and cheap to sew it up, I just had to tie a sash around her waist to cover the busted seams.It's important to note that the costume was actually a little big for her so this didn't happen because of stretching or her being too big. She's a bean pole!

Got this for my daughter. First ordered to her measured size but it was too small. Next size up was a bigger jump than expected but fine, I can fit clothes under it if it's cold. Tonight, the night before Halloween, I'm repairing 3 holes in the fine material just from trying it on a couple times. It's beautiful, a great Glinda the Good witch dress, but pretty fragile. The sparkles are also everywhere but that's to be expected.

Costume looks as pictured. Super cute and a pretty decent material!! The shoulders are a little tight, but everything else fits as expected. My daughter wears a size youth L in clothing and I ordered a youth L in this costume and it fit great.

This was for an elementary school production of the wizard of oz. It looked just right on stage if a little short for my tall girl. Crown arrived a bent in a weird way, but flattened out enough so that it was unnoticeable from the audience.

The crown arrived folded and flattened which left a permanent crease in the front. That looks bad. Dress looks fine, but sleeves are tight on my daughter and she complained they were scratchy.

Purchased this costume (size L) for my 13 yr old daughter's production of Wizard of Oz. Received countless compliments on the beauty of the costume. It looked true to the picture and the movie. One of the sides ripped after the dress rehearsal requiring pinning, but overall we were pleased with our purchase. Thanks you!!

Surprisingly looks like the pictured item, here are quick fix to common concerns:- crushed crown - simply lay it flat, and use a hair dryer to slowly heat up bent areas... the plastic will soften up. Put something heavy on where the crease was (like a book) and the crown will be smoothed out once it cools.- use a press cloth to iron out the dress, both sparkle and lining layers. Send a blast of steam at the hips with your iron, and crush it in your hand as the dress cools off, and the ruffles underneath will fluff back up.

Dress arrived with crown albeit a bit flat but then how else would they be able to ship economically? My Granddaughter saw the dress and loved it even though it is a bit big for her yet. She did say we needed to go and get her the wand and shoes to compliment the outfit which I must follow up on later. Good price for the outfit.

Beautiful costume, very happy with the stitching and quality.Only downfall was how the crown was packed. It wanted to stay folded like how it had been shipped.Other than that, this costume was perfect!

Beautiful however the sash tie fell off in the first 5 minutes
