There's nothing to dislike about this product. I only wish they would have another version with slightly heavier neon colored nylon line so I can more easily use this for setting all my garden beds for edging. It would be easier to see. But, if you can't, I'm still thrilled as the engineering and quality of the product is fabulous. Thanks for a great product at a great value.

This thing is well built and works just fine. I would have given 5 stars except they don't tell the strength rating of the line on the reel. The only choice I had was to pull the line off the reel and through it in the trash. I respelled it with line I knew the specs on. Not a big deal but probably unnessary but I really did not want to loose an expensive kite. Joe

I'm super glad I bought this! Letting the line out and bringing it back in is so fast and easy and does not strain any muscles in the process! Once you use this device, you will never go back to the traditional method of spooling your kite line.

This product is particularly dangerous. DO NOT BUY FOR CHILDREN but really do not buy for yourself. I was injured while flying a kite this weekend. The handle broke. The screws are exposed and spun when the handle broke and sliced my thumb and middle finger. I mean a complete bummer. I nearly lost my kite. Seriously... do not purchase this item due to it's shotty craftmanship, dangerous design and poor quality components. This isn't like I hate the company that manufactured this sort of response. I LITERALLY SLICED MY FINGERS OPEN AND BLED ON THE BEACH. So it's not personal.
