Meinl Cymbals Classics Custom Dark 14" Trash Crash Cymbal for Drum Set — Made in Germany Excellent accent cymbal to have on a kit. Great trash sound that quickly decays. Although this cymbal may only be use a few times in a song, it does its job of standing out in a mix perfectly.

Awesome effect cymbal
Explosive sound !!! It’s a great cymbal to play a groove on or use as accents. It’s thinner than the china cymbal but thicker than the regular crashes Update 10/9/20: The cymbal cracked from one hole to another (not from the edge) I’m an experienced drummer and play these cymbals with my band only. We rehearse (not even) 1 time a week for 2 hours, so after 10 band sessions a cymbal shouldn’t break. Pretty disappointed because I loved the tone of this cymbal. I’ll see if they honor the 2 year warranty it says it comes with Update: 12/2020 Meinl replaced the cymbal and it’s been great. Definitely my favorite cymbal in my setup. Sounds Incredible!
This little cymbal is my favorite in the dark custom series because of its FX sound. I call it my mystery cymbal because that's the kind of sound and vibe it gives to me. Definitely a good addition for diversifying your drumset! I use this set of cymbals (Meinl Dark Customs) for worship, rock, metal, and country, and they fit each style of music well.

Melted Meinl??? I guess it is summer.
I love meinl products, I’m sure this is a one off, but had to return and ordered another one. Cymbal was shipped in good time, just slightly warped.
