Love this. We call it our nightly "pink drink" and I only stir it into about 2oz water. Great sleep, great gut health and very easy to take....I used to take a huge liquid geltab and I am so happy for this little "shot" at bedtime!

I like the taste of this product and notice it's effects. I really like the blend, however I do think that the GABA is unnecessary considering GABA does not cross blood brain barrier, but everything else is great! I will keep taking. Hoping it helps with thyroid. It helps with calming for sure.

LOVE the myo relax & calm. My husband and I drink it every night to help wind down. It truly helps relax us for a better night's sleep and helps reduce bloating. It has awesome ingredients and tastes so good!! We mix it with apple cider vinegar and a greens powder. We can't go to bed without it!

This product has made a tremendous difference n my restless leg syndrome!! It actually does better than the Mirapex medication I’ve been taking. I am thrilled!!!

Was receiving cherry "Myo Relax & Calm" 8.25 oz container with magnesium MALATE on a subscription. Love that product. BUT last two months, without me having directed any change, I started receiving a different product, cherry "Myo Relax 'and' Calm" 12.7 oz container with magnesium GLYCINATE instead. NOT what l want. Amazon has refunded the two wrong products BUT efforts to "fix" this problem through Myoxcience and Amazon have been difficult and unsuccessful at best. So I cancelled the subscription as l don't trust I can get what l want and what I had already been receiving until someone other than me decided to change it. Amazon's AI was an impossible pain to deal with and Myoxcience was completely uninterested in helping me resolve the problem with Amazon. So really CRAPPY experience. Plus l will have to get the product at a higher price elsewhere. Buyer beware.

Love this stuff! I take 1 scoop before bed and it has helped tremendously for hot flashes and restless leg that I had been experiencing at night due to menopause. I had run out after my first container and after several nights the symptoms were back. I’m now on my third container and will make sure I don’t run out again!

This used to be the only thing that gave me a good night’s sleep. Then you changed the formulation. I’m so sad and now sleep-deprived. Please bring back the old one.

This delicious and relaxing bedtime beverage replaced my nightly glass of wine to relax and fall asleep effectively. I’m very happy with this product and have been using it for about 6 months. Along with CBD oil I have found it has been helpful in completely stopping my occasional sleep time panic attacks as well
